- use food to draw or paint
- create a beautiful meal
- use food in abstract ways

Meanwhile, since Jannell is still shaking the fairy dust of the Uffizi Gallery out of her boots, she'd like to offer these gems that were inspiring to her (she wasn't looking for food paintings at the time; these were paintings she just noticed and liked, and remembered later once the new "food" theme was pitched)! While even more incredible in person, she hopes they might help get those tasty creative juices flowing.

| while the round composition, trademark soft eyes and beauty of the figures are of course wonderful highlights, the thing that struck me most about this painting was actually the pomegranate! it's a little hard to see here, but perhaps you can get the idea. |
